Quality Process
- GENERAL Random checked are carried out at every stage of production in accordance with the specification. This is not only carried out the workers own cheeks but also an independent quality control section.
- RAW MATERIAL CHECK Each Batch is delivered with an internal test report with details on density, viscosity. The data’s are compared with the regulation.
- CHECK ON DIMENSIONS AND SURFACE During the production the functional measurements have to be checked included the evenness and the surface in accordance with internal random checked schedules.
- FINAL INSPECTION By the quality control section independent from the production section.
